What is the Ignition Approach?

Our process is simple. We start with a high level look at the type of work you do and dive in deeper from there. This approach process applies whether you are seeking assistance with manuals or looking for a complete operational quality audit. It all starts with a conversation.

Cleared for the approach. We'll connect for a complimentary operations review.

The operations review consists of a client-centric approach that prioritizes your operations needs and goals. We start from the top by looking at the AOC or PORD and work inward from there. Every operation is different. Transparency and continuous communication is essential.

We've commenced the approach by collecting documents such as the COM and Training Manuals, whichever document you require assistance with. For quality audits we'll sample information like training records, fatigue records, weight and balances and start to configure for final approach. This step helps gain insight into your operations processes, whether the manuals reflect the actual processes, and begins to determine if they are functioning properly.

At the initial approach fix. Time to collect documents and sample other essential information.

We are stabilized on final preparing for landing. At this point of the process we conduct a thorough analysis and identify non-compliances or proof of positive compliance. For company manuals assistance at this point we'll have identified what requires attention and begin to correct.

FAF inbound. A thorough analysis diving deep into the manuals and sample.

We'll provide a detailed report on any non-compliances as well as compliances for your records. Manuals are delivered with a concordance document to ensure all required regulations, standards, and specific approval requirements are met.

Field in sight. Compliance report or product delivery.

Throughout the process you can expect constant communication through scheduled progress updates (successes and challenges), with prompt responses and availability for any inquiries. With each audit or manual delivered you will come away with a better understanding of how to continuously improve your operation.
